Burner – Burner Plate – Pilot – Gas Valve and Internal Gas Lines are all Pre-fitted in the tandoor. No need for any installation of burner or plate. Just connect suitable approved gas hose and tandoor is ready to use.
¾ NPT Adaptor is supplied with the large tandoor models for higher gas flow operation, Gas hose is not supplied as it has to be used as per local state norms by the user.
Clay Pot Disclaimer – The clay pot is hand made using experienced artisans thus measurements as stated might differ due to hand work and clay shrinkages. Due to high heat and cooling each clay pot experiences thermal shock on an everyday basis resulting in fissures on the surface that do not affect tandoori cooking ability. Overheating while not cooking and way of handling experience of using a tandoor oven by the user determines the life of the clay pot, regular upkeep of the clay pot by experienced user would increase its life and performance and even save a lot of gas fuel thus resulting in further saving for the establishment. Due to the nature of the working environment the clay pot does not fall in the scope of warranty and is not covered under warranty.

No, as per local county/state laws all gas tandoors need to be under an exhaust hood. The type of hood and its specifications are based on the local governing laws and norms in North America.
For outdoor use the gas tandoor can be used without a hood but its better to confirm local authorities before execution of the same as laws are different for each county/state/province.

The price for both Natural Gas Tandoor and Propane gas tandoor is the same. Rather all gas tandoor models can be used on Natural gas or Propane with changing of the gas kit in the tandoor. Today if you buy a natural gas tandoor and if you are changing location where only propane gas is available then the same tandoor can work but the gas kit would require a change.

All tandoors that we sell, and ship are new gas tandoor ovens, we do not sell used ovens and do not give out gas tandoors on rent.

Each gas tandoor oven with high BTU burner has a control valve to adjust the flame from SIM to FULL in unlimited steps thus the consumption of gas is based on the usage and flame control characteristics of the user. We generally advise not to put the tandoor flame on full heat when the tandoor is not cooking as these tandoors have very good heat retention.

Gas Tandoors are warranted for 1 year (Gas Parts only) plus there is transit warranty to ensure that the tandoor oven shall reach the destination in good condition. There is no usage warranty on the clay pot.
